11. SHIPPING - RETURNS - EXCHANGES POLICY
The Customer has the right to cancel the order and withdraw from the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased product.
The right of withdrawal before delivery is exercised through the ability to cancel the order prior to delivery.
In this case, to proceed with cancelling your order, you can send an email to info@melissa-kos.com or call the customer service department at +30 22420 72260.
If you have already completed the payment for your order and the order has not been handed over to the courier service, we will promptly refund the amount paid using the same method you used for the transaction (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
If your order has already been handed over to the courier, or if you have already received the products, please be informed that due to the special nature of the materials, products cannot be returned or exchanged even if unused.
Products will be shipped via courier to the address you provided after completing your order.

• The current price of each product code applies for product exchanges.
• The policy of free exchanges applies only to the first exchange; each new shipment will be charged with a shipping fee of five (5.00) euros.
• Exchanges are only allowed between products of the same category. Products on discount or promotion are not subject to free exchange terms and are charged a shipping fee of five (5.00) euros.
• Free returns apply only to orders within Greece.
• Returned items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
12. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION – FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the Directives and Regulations of European Law, and the relevant International provisions, as applicable and interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith, commercial customs, and the economic and social purpose of the law.
